Hello I'm Farah! (she/they)
I specialize in neurodivergence, trauma, and inner child healing. Growing up in a racist/ableist world can make us feel like there is something wrong with us. I use play therapy, parts work & creative arts to help children navigate these challenging emotions and feel acceptance and belonging, which can reduce anxiety and improve self-esteem.
As an anti-racist, anti-ableist, neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I am passionate about empowering clients to feel joy and pride in all of their intersecting identities and advocating for my clients whenever possible. If this sounds like a good fit, I would love to hear from you.

I am a dedicated therapist with a passion for supporting the well-being of adolescents and adults. I specialize in providing compassionate, effective care to help clients thrive. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I believe every individual deserves the opportunity to overcome challenges and reach their full potential, and I am committed to helping you achieve that through a personalized and supportive therapeutic journey.
My practice focuses on supporting clients facing a variety of challenges and transitions. Whether navigating depression, anxiety, or coping with trauma, I am here to offer guidance, support, and practical tools to promote healing and resilience.
I understand that each client is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs and goals of the individuals I serve.
