Life may seem more overwhelming lately. Maybe you’ve been struggling to cope or feel stuck in
ways of coping that are no longer helpful.

I’m Liz and I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist. If you’re like me, you know how magical and
frustrating a brain can be in the best of times. I see therapy as a way to get to know yourself
and your brain differently. By helping you clarify your values and be honest with yourself, I
hope to help you learn to cope with feelings and challenges in ways that make sense for you.
I have over 5 years of experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families struggling
with mental health and substance use challenges.

 LLMSW

My specialty areas include ADHD, low
support needs ASD, LGBTQ+ concerns, substance use moderation, and anxiety disorders.
Additionally, I have experience helping folks move through depression, past trauma, and chronic illness.
In therapy, we will communicate (verbally or otherwise). We may incorporate art, music,
movement, and anything else that might be helpful or make sense for you. We all exist in the
context of other humans so I am eager to help you include your family members, romantic
partners, and other support people in therapy as well.
I consider your trust an immense privilege and I hope to help you work toward becoming the
best version of yourself!
