Why "Iris Therapy"?

Iris Therapy is named after Iris, the Greek mythology goddess who used rainbows to send messages across the worlds. I chose the name Iris to display my pride and to honor my commitment to fostering open, affirming dialogue between therapist and client.

I believe that the quality of our lives is dependent on the quality of our connections- connection to ourselves, connection to others, and connection to our world.

-Emmy (Owner and therapist)
